Two New Educational Opportunities!
Anticoagulation Boot Camp and Highlights of AC Forum
January 16-18, 2014 - Miami, Florida
The Anticoagulation Forum is pleased to announce two new programs that provide education for physicians, pharmacists, and nurses who care for patients on antithrombotic medications. Continuing education credits will be offered for both programs.
January 16 & 17, 2014
We invite you to enroll in our basic training program designed for clinicians who are either new to the field of anticoagulation, interested in a refresher course, or preparing for a certification exam. This case-based training program will be limited to 75 participants in order to provide ample time for Q&A and personal interaction with our expert faculty. The curriculum will cover the essential aspects of anticoagulation, disease state, and drug management.
January 17 & 18, 2014
Couldn’t make it to Phoenix for the AC Forum’s 12th National Conference on Anticoagulant Therapy? Here’s another chance to see many of the most popular presentations at an east coast location. This smaller setting will provide a serious venue for open discussion/education on recent advances and important issues in anticoagulant therapy. This meeting offers attendees the unique opportunity to meet with local colleagues in this specialized and constantly changing field. Our faculty includes the leading experts in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of thrombotic disorders.
Please join us as we work together to improve patient care and have the opportunity to discuss timely updates in this changing field of anticoagulation.
